Sarah, I am forwarding this message to Linda Hess, our community relations manager, and to Kat Alley, so that they can ring in on this wonderful effort as well. Between the two of them, they may also have greater knowledge of other items that we are in need of at this point in time.

Items that your scavenger hunt brings in can be delivered to our thrift store warehouse at 209 North Willow in Tampa (near downtown, a block from the intersection of Kennedy & Willow - in fact, you can see the store from Kennedy as you pass by). We can arrange for staff to be there to receive and cook up some photo op for you. Key would be to specify a day with Linda Hess and Kat Alley, our retail operations manager.

The Spring contact

Today I talked to a representative at the Spring. It is so funny because it seems so exciting that it is actually going to happen! I can't wait. It is so exciting to be able to not only help people but to set up things that are fun for the people that I like to hang out with. I can't wait!!!

new professor

I started a new class and my professor is a consultant to a non profit! I sent her an e-mail the other day with some ideas and she was very positive! It was pretty cool to hear the positive things that she said.

I got my first missionary letter back! How cool is that!

Meeting!

I have scheduled a meeting with a lady here in Atlanta that started a non profit! I am so excited. I listened to Dani and she was talking about fear. I fear not knowing what I am doing. One of the things she talked about doing when you are afraid is DOING SOMETHING! So, I am doing something, I am meeting with a lady who has done this before and SHE THINKS IT IS A GOOD IDEA!! How cool is that! Not only that but she is not a Christian and I get to explain not only the concept but why people would want to do something for God!

Why would you want to be a part of Say-Go-Do?

Surround yourself with like minded individuals- are they people with vision? So they want to make something happen? Have they already given up? Are they dumbed out by the media are they drones? Am I hanging out with drones? No focus, no vision... where will they be in 20 years?

Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he. Proverbs 29:18

Say go do ....

So I have been doing a lot of reading and a lot of research. It seems that if you have the word "foundation" in your name you are in a whole different arena when it comes to non-profit.

Then I read that the missions statement should fit on a tee shirt.. so

Was bored and lonely

Found new friends who smiled and said,

Say go do? Me too!

I could see... "Say-Go-Do? Me too!" on a tee shirt... What do you think?
